Account & Billing
Click the "Register" button in the top navigation, fill in your details, and verify your email address. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account.
Go to your account settings by clicking your profile icon, then navigate to "My Subscriptions". From there, you can manage your payment methods through our secure Stripe portal.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Downloads & Installation
After purchasing, go to the Products page and click the "Download" button next to your subscribed products. You can also find download links in your purchase confirmation email.
License terms vary by product. Most of our personal licenses allow installation on up to 3 personal devices. Check the specific product page for detailed licensing information.
Technical Issues
First, try restarting your computer. If the issue persists, check that your system meets the minimum requirements listed on the product page. You may also need to run the software as administrator or reinstall it.
Visit "My Subscriptions" in your account dashboard. Active subscriptions will show a green "Active" badge. If your subscription shows as inactive but you believe it should be active, please contact support.
